These terms cover your use of this website and your training with Olu K Driving School. When you book a course with us, you are agreeing to them.
1. What we provide
Driving lessons, learner’s permit processing, and FRSC recognised driving school certificates, from our offices in Surulere, Lagos and Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. Courses, durations and prices are as shown on this website and can change from time to time.
2. Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive payment, or the first instalment of a payment plan we have agreed with you.
- You can pay in full or in instalments. Agree your plan with us on WhatsApp before your first lesson.
- Prices are in Naira and cover the stated lessons, teaching materials and the internal exam.
- Government fees for permits or licences are separate unless we say otherwise.
3. Lessons, rescheduling and lateness
- Please come on time. If you come late, your lesson may be shorter.
- Need to move a lesson? Tell us at least 24 hours before, by phone or WhatsApp, and we will reschedule you at no cost.
- If you miss a lesson without telling us, we may count it as used.
4. What we expect from you
- Follow your instructor’s directions during practical lessons.
- Do not come to a lesson under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Hold a valid learner’s permit before driving on public roads, where the law requires one.
5. Safety and liability
Our training cars are kept in good condition and every lesson is supervised by a professional instructor. To the fullest extent Nigerian law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected course. Nothing here removes liability that the law says cannot be removed.
6. Certificates
We issue your certificate when you complete your training and pass the internal exam. A certificate belongs to the named student only and cannot be transferred to someone else.
7. Refunds
If we cancel a course and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, we refund your unused fees in full. If you cancel, talk to us as early as possible and we will look at it case by case.
8. Using this website
The content here is general information. Please do not copy or republish it without asking us. We work to keep everything accurate but cannot promise the site will never have an error or a downtime.
9. Your privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Nigerian courts handle any dispute.
